The digital transformation that begun years ago at Eiffage prompted them to turn to new, innovative learning methods.
The goal was to be able to support their managers when they take up new positions, in a context of constant change.
As part of its policy to develop diversity in management, the group also launched a women leadership program.
The digital coaching solution MoovOne offers builds into these two populations perfectly, through the customization of its sessions to the participants’ needs, and thanks to the extensive amount of flexibility and autonomy they are granted.
The collaboration between Eiffage Énergie Systèmes and MoovOne started with two programs : supporting managers taking up new positions and developing women leadership.
After a successful pilot, the company launched new projects : in 2019, « HR perspectives » for the entire Human Resources staff, and soon, « skills development » for managers and top leaders.
Beneficiaries of MoovOne’s solution define areas of development prior to their sessions along with their line managers in order to structure their evolution and develop their potential most effectively. The digital aspect of the solution allows them to commit to each session with as much autonomy and flexibility as possible.
