Like over 60% of employees, we believe that collaborative work positively influences creativity, motivation, problem solving and productivity (Ipsos, 2018). For us, the strength of the group exceeds that of individual wills, and collaboration and sharing allow us to move forward.
In short, we believe in collective intelligence. For us, it’s a spark, a state of mind that fosters cooperation and value creation. It brings a new meaning to our daily interactions. By simply talking about our lives and challenges with people who understand us, we can overcome so much! This is why we created our group coaching solution : Train&Dev.
With Train&Dev, companies can make collaboration and sharing part of their employees’ day-to-day, so that they can work more efficiently and reap the benefits of collective intelligence.
The HR manager chooses the participants for a Train&Dev group: peers who are facing the same professional challenges, though they may be located in different places around the world.
To ensure that the sessions go smoothly, the facilitator-coach will explain the ideas of active listening, non-judgemental attitudes and a light touch.
Every session lasts 1 hour and 25 minutes and is dedicated to the challenges of one participant, know as the client. The other group members will act as consultants, and will share their experience, best practices and practical advice with the client. The facilitator-coach will provide structure to enable speaking, listening, reflection and action from all participants.
In addition to the discussions between the participants, the facilitator-coach provides tool sheets for skill development.
Between sessions, the participants will put the action plans they worked on together into action and measure their progress with the group.
