We want the best for your managers: all our coaches are certified, supervised, experienced and subject to our rigorous selection process.
We train our coaches to the use of our tools and methodology, to ensure quality coaching for every participant. This allows us to guarantee a unified approach for both our individual and group offers. We created documents that we update regularly, in order to explain in detail our vision of coaching as well as our practice.
Finally, we train our coaches to use our platform and to coach through videoconference, to ensure the experience is just as impactful as face-to-face coaching.
All MoovOne coaches are evaluated by the participants they coach at the end of every program. We have developed intervision sessions to encourage our coaches to share best practices with each other. Intervision is a peer-meeting based on a collective reflection about professional practices and experiences, conducted in a safe, respectful environment. We also offer 4 Supervision modules per year with ICF-certified supervisors to all our coaches.

Our community is made up of 150 coaches spread across 5 continents, that collectively masters 28 languages. They are located around the world to support all managers in their native language in order to best meet their needs and expectations. We ask our coaches to be ranked at least C1 on the evaluation scale of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR) for the coaching languages they practice.
